Perk Masters offers flexible pricing options depending on the nature of the service requested and the level of support required.
Our pricing structure includes three main options:
Hourly Rate
Suitable for short tasks, quick assistance, or one-off requests that require limited time and coordination.
Project-Based Fee
A fixed price may be agreed for specific services or clearly defined tasks where the scope of work is known in advance.
Monthly Retainer
For clients who require regular assistance or ongoing concierge support, a monthly retainer arrangement may be agreed to ensure consistent availability and service.
Invoices are issued at the end of each month based on the services that were previously agreed and provided during that period.
Certain services may involve additional expenses that are separate from the concierge service fee. These costs depend on the nature of the request and the third-party services required to complete it.
Additional costs may include, but are not limited to:
Product or service costs from third-party providers
The cost of any items purchased on behalf of the client from retailers, boutiques or online stores.
Shipping and Courier Fees
Domestic or international shipping costs, courier services, packaging materials and delivery charges associated with transporting items to the client or to another destination.
Third-Party Service Charges
Fees charged by external service providers, such as restaurants, hotels, transportation providers, event venues or other businesses involved in fulfilling a request.
Travel-Related Expenses
Costs related to transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements required to complete certain services.
Event or Reservation Deposits
Deposits or advance payments required to secure bookings, event venues, tickets or other reservations.
All additional expenses will be communicated to the client in advance whenever possible. Perk Masters will only proceed with purchases, bookings or arrangements once the client has confirmed approval of the related costs.
